Returns and Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Info@larrikin4x4andcamping.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt of goods and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like food, custom products, special orders or personalized items, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, or batteries.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We do not issue refunds for change of mind. If you have recieved a product and would like a refund based on any of the above terms please contact us directly. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item/s, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

YOU MAY BE ENTITLED TO A REPLACEMENT UNDER LARRIKIN 4X4 AND CAMPING'S return policy. 

Refunds
Our refund policy is covered by;
  1. Any defect in design or manufacture which results in the product failing to perform substantially as described in authorised advertising or literature; and
  2. We will replace the product at our discretion or offer a store credit

This voluntary warranty is provided in addition to your other rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude, restrict, modify, limit or override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 

The warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage resulting from improper use
  2. Damage caused by faulty installation or modification made during installation
  3. Damage caused by mould, insects, animals, misuse, incorrect operation, adverse weather, accidents and fair wear and tear
  4. Costs, losses or charges:
    • of removing and reinstalling the product
    • for travel and /or other expenses due to customer’s remote location
    • for transport charges and damage in transit. It is your responsibility to deliver and return your product, including any costs associated with the postage of your replacement product. If you do freight your product we recommend that you insure against loss or damage
    • directly or indirectly associated with the product failing to operate

 

Important information relating to your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

PLEASE NOTE – NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED. ALL FAULTY ITEMS NEED TO BE ASSESED BY OUR WARRANTY DEPARTMENT BEFORE YOUR CLAIM IS FINALISED.
