1. Change of Mind & Preorders
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or preorder delays.
All preorder timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to production, shipping, or logistics factors.
By placing a preorder (including for our calendars), you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your purchase comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the issue is not a major failure.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing lrkn4x4andcamping@hotmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll assess your claim and, if approved under ACL, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund (at our discretion, unless otherwise required by law).
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
3. Claim & Return Window
All claims for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items must be lodged within 30 days of receiving your order.
We may request proof of purchase, photos, or a brief description of the issue.
If your return is accepted, you will receive a prepaid return label and detailed instructions.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Condition of Returned Goods
Unless the ACL provides otherwise, returned items must be in the condition received — unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Please ensure items are packed carefully to prevent damage in transit.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

Custom, made-to-order, or personalised items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and batteries

Gift cards, sale, or clearance items
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, the quickest way to get what you want is to place a new order and process the original item as a return where eligible under ACL.
7. Warranty Information
Our voluntary warranty exists in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit or override them.
It does not cover:

Improper use, misuse, or modification

Damage caused during installation or removal

Damage caused by weather, mould, insects, animals, or fair wear and tear

Costs of installation, removal, return shipping, or travel to remote areas

Damage or loss in transit (we recommend insuring freight for returns)
All faulty items are assessed by our warranty department before any claim is finalised.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
