We operate as a direct-to-consumer online retailer, with products sold via our website and selected partners.

  • Product Sourcing: We work with trusted Australian suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality.
  • Fulfilment: Orders ship from our warehouse or fulfilment partners. Dispatch estimates are shown on product pages.
  • Pricing: Prices are displayed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Promotions and discount codes are clearly disclosed.
  • Made-to-Order / Pre-Sale: Some items are produced on demand. Lead times are always stated on the product page.

Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Refunds

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled prior to fulfilment by contacting us. If dispatched, standard return procedures apply as per our returns policy.
