FROM THE TRACKS — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Submission Cutoff Clips must be submitted by 9:00am AEST on Tuesday or Thursday to be considered for that day's upload. Submissions received after the cutoff will be held for the next available upload day. Uploads go live at 3:00pm AEST on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Competition Month The competition month runs from the first Monday to the last Sunday of each calendar month. Submissions are only eligible for the month in which they are received.

Clip of the Week Each Tuesday and Thursday upload batch is reviewed. The clip with the highest combined likes and comments on YouTube by end of that week is named Clip of the Week. In months with 5 upload weeks, the top 4 clips from across all 5 weeks are selected as nominees for Clip of the Month.

Clip of the Month The monthly Clip of the Week nominees (up to 4 per month) go to a public vote via Instagram Stories poll, opening the first Wednesday of the following month. The clip with the most votes wins Clip of the Month and receives a LRKN store gift card.

Monthly Merch Draw All submissions received during the competition month are automatically entered into a random prize draw, regardless of whether the clip was featured. The draw winner is announced alongside the Clip of the Month results.

Delays & Scheduling LRKN4X4 & Camping operates as a small independent business. While we endeavour to maintain the upload and announcement schedule outlined above, we reserve the right to delay, reschedule, or modify upload dates, poll openings, and prize announcements at our discretion due to operational constraints, travel, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. No compensation will be provided for scheduling delays.

General By submitting your clip you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms. LRKN4X4 & Camping reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Content Licence By submitting your clip, you grant LRKN4X4 & Camping a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, edit, publish, and distribute your footage across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and any other LRKN platforms for promotional and entertainment purposes, with or without modification, for an indefinite period. You retain ownership of your original footage at all times.

Third Party Rights You confirm that you own or have the right to submit all footage provided, and that it does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. This includes but is not limited to music, other individuals appearing in the footage, and private property. LRKN4X4 & Camping accepts no liability for any third party claims arising from submitted content.

Platform Terms Content published to YouTube and Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook) is subject to those platforms' respective Terms of Service. LRKN4X4 & Camping accepts no responsibility for content being muted, removed, or monetised by those platforms due to copyright claims or community guideline enforcement.

No Guarantee of Publication Submission of a clip does not guarantee it will be uploaded, featured, or considered for any competition. LRKN4X4 & Camping reserves the right to decline any submission at its sole discretion without explanation.

Promotional Competition — Australian Residents This promotion is open to Australian residents only. It is a promotional competition and is not a lottery or game of chance. The Clip of the Month prize is determined by public vote. The monthly draw prize is awarded randomly from eligible entries. LRKN4X4 & Camping is the promoter. No purchase is necessary to enter.
