By completing this step, you're officially locked in as a participant in the 2027 edition and joining a community of legends who share a passion for 4WDs, camping, adventure and the Australian outdoors.

Whether you're a model, rig owner, content creator or business owner, the 2027 calendar is designed to give you the opportunity to showcase yourself, your vehicle, your brand and your story to the wider LRKN community.

Over the coming months we'll be working closely with participants to prepare photoshoots, collect content, organise promotions and build another unforgettable calendar year.

IMPORTANT PARTICIPANT UPDATE

As previously advised, LRKN's former Instagram platforms are no longer operational.

While promotional exposure may differ from previous calendar editions, the 2027 Chicks N Rigs Calendar project remains fully committed to delivering participant promotion, collaboration opportunities, merchandise, business exposure and community engagement throughout the calendar release period.

By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the participant update provided prior to selection and wish to proceed with participation in the 2027 Chicks N Rigs Calendar.

2027 Chicks N Rigs Calendar Participant Acknowledgement & Terms

By proceeding with payment and participating in the 2027 Chicks N Rigs Calendar, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participant Eligibility

All participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of application and participation.

Participants may only submit content, photographs, vehicles, social media accounts, business information, logos, branding, QR codes, promotional material, and other information that they own or have permission to use and provide.

Ownership & Permission

You confirm that any photographs, social media accounts, business names, logos, branding, vehicles, QR codes, trademarks, promotional material, or other content supplied by you either belong to you or have been provided with the permission of the rightful owner.

Where third-party permissions are required, it is your responsibility to obtain and maintain those permissions.

Content Usage Rights

You grant LRKN4X4 & Camping and its representatives an ongoing, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, advertise, promote and display any content, photographs, logos, social media handles, business information, vehicles and promotional material supplied by you in connection with:

• The 2027 Chicks N Rigs Calendar
• Associated printed products and merchandise
• Website content
• Social media content
• Advertising and promotional material
• Future marketing relating to the Chicks N Rigs Calendar brand

This permission is granted without further compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate, lawful and authorised.

Participants must notify LRKN4X4 & Camping as soon as possible if any supplied information changes or is found to be incorrect.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in removal from the calendar project and associated promotions.

Business & Creator Information

Where a participant provides a business name, social media account, website, creator platform, QR code, logo, vehicle, sponsorship information or branding, the participant warrants that they are authorised to represent that entity or have permission from the owner to submit the information for publication.

Limitation of Responsibility

LRKN4X4 & Camping relies on information supplied by participants and accepts no responsibility for disputes arising from inaccurate, misleading, unauthorised or falsely represented information supplied by applicants or participants.

Responsibility for obtaining all required permissions, approvals and consents remains solely with the participant.

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless LRKN4X4 & Camping, its owners, representatives and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities or expenses arising from content or information supplied by the participant without appropriate authority or permission.

Selection & Participation

Submission of an application does not guarantee inclusion in the calendar.

LRKN4X4 & Camping reserves the right to refuse, remove or cancel participation where information supplied is found to be false, misleading, offensive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the values of the project.

Refunds

Refunds are subject to the Chicks N Rigs Calendar Refund Policy available on our website and provided as part of the participant information.

Acceptance

By completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to this Participant Acknowledgement, these Terms & Conditions, and the applicable Refund Policy.
