Every product in the Custom Merch range has a Base Partner Earning. When a customer purchases one of your products, you earn the agreed amount on every eligible completed sale.

Your product-specific Base Partner Earnings are provided privately during onboarding.

Yes. LRKN sets a Minimum Retail Price for each product to cover the garment, printing, branded packaging, production, fulfilment and associated costs.

You can choose to sell your product for more than the Minimum Retail Price. Any amount above that minimum is split 50/50 between you and LRKN, in addition to your Base Partner Earning.

LRKN sets up your Partner Earnings account as part of your Custom Merch setup.

Sales from your approved collection are tracked so we can calculate your eligible Partner Earnings. You do not need to manually report your sales to us. You will have a login and visible dashboard to view live sales. 

Partner Earnings become payable once the relevant customer order has been successfully paid, completed and is no longer subject to any applicable cancellation, refund, chargeback or other adjustment.

Your payout method and payout schedule will be advised during onboarding. Payouts are done weekly and will be paid at a minimum of $50 earnt. 

Your setup fee is completely paid before your collection launches.

There is no outstanding setup balance, so eligible Partner Earnings begin accruing to you from your first eligible sale.

You pay $100 upfront to begin your collection setup. The remaining $199 setup balance is recovered from your Partner Earnings as your products sell. The total setup cost under this option is $299.

You are not required to make separate instalment payments for the remaining $199. Instead, your eligible Partner Earnings are applied to the outstanding balance until it reaches $0.

Once the balance has been recovered, your eligible Partner Earnings become payable to you normally.

If a sale produces more Partner Earnings than the remaining setup balance, only the amount required to clear the balance is retained. The remainder becomes payable to you, subject to the normal payout terms.

The outstanding Low-Upfront setup balance is recovered from your eligible Partner Earnings.

If your collection does not generate enough Partner Earnings to recover the full $199, LRKN will not require separate payments for the shortfall, provided your account remains compliant with the Custom Merch Partner Terms.

The initial $100 setup payment is non-refundable once setup work has commenced, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Partner Earnings are only payable on eligible completed sales. No Partner Earnings are payable on cancelled, fully refunded, fraudulent or successfully charged-back orders.

If Partner Earnings have already been credited or paid for an order that is later refunded, reversed or charged back, the relevant amount may be deducted from future Partner Earnings.

For a partial refund, Partner Earnings may be adjusted to reflect the final eligible sale amount.

Partner Earnings are calculated using the actual eligible product selling price after applicable product discounts, rather than the original advertised price.

The 50/50 additional-price split only applies to the amount the customer actually pays above the product's Minimum Retail Price.

A discounted sale cannot create an additional 50/50 earnings amount where the final eligible product price is at or below the Minimum Retail Price.

Any creator-specific promotions or discounts that would take a product below its Minimum Retail Price must be approved by LRKN.

Customer shipping charges are separate from the product's Partner Earnings and are used by LRKN toward fulfilment and delivery costs.

Partner Earnings are calculated from the eligible product sale and do not include customer shipping charges.

Your Custom Merch Partner Earnings apply to the approved products in your Custom Merch collection.

If a customer also purchases unrelated LRKN products in the same checkout, those products do not automatically generate Custom Merch Partner Earnings.

Any separate affiliate arrangement is treated according to its own terms. Our usual terms for separate items in the same order is 10% Commission, so you will earn that in addition to your Custom Merch partner earnings, provided the customer uses your unique affiliate code. 

We use Goaffpro for partner earnings and commission should you wish to view their website.  The affiliate program is no additional cost to your one time fee to LRKN. 

You are responsible for your own tax, GST, business registration and reporting obligations relating to payments you receive from LRKN.

If you are registered for GST or your circumstances change, you must provide LRKN with the information reasonably required to process your payments correctly.

LRKN cannot provide individual tax advice.

Minimum Retail Prices are based on the costs involved in sourcing, printing, producing, packing and fulfilling your products.

If these costs materially change, LRKN may need to update a product's Minimum Retail Price or Base Partner Earning. Affected partners will be notified before changes are applied to their collection.

Changes will not alter Partner Earnings already earned from eligible completed sales before the change takes effect.

There is no requirement to purchase bulk stock simply because your collection is live.

However, LRKN may archive collections that have been inactive or have had no sales for an extended period. Where practical, we will contact you before your collection is archived.

Any eligible Partner Earnings already owed to you remain subject to the normal payout terms.
